It's only holding on a little longer until Spring produce really is here. It's the last of the root vegetables and at As they're making the best of it. Juicy steak and soft parsnips with jus of puffed garlic, cod with a crispy skin with sweet beets and tangy orange, roasted celeriac root with hollandaise and bread crumb dusting -- waiting for Spring to come is very pleasant this way.
